The manufacturing facility is located in the well-developed industrial town Bhiwadi in Rajasthan state of INDIA. It is very close to National Capital Region and well connected with all the infrastructure facilities available.

We have a fully equipped manufacturing unit having modern tools and machineries. Besides we also have an advanced R&D lab and quality control lab, where we conduct rigourous tests to ensure quality. And R&D is a continuous ongoing process at Amson Automotive, which leads us to introduce product innovation on the one hand and technological upgradation on the other so as to offer competitive prices.

Our strategic location at the industrial estate of Bhiwadi, Rajasthan and association with reliable C&F agents enables us to deliver the consignment at the desired destination within stipulated time frame.

The basic material for the gears i.e. forgings of Prime quality alloy steels are procured from the forging units. With their own labs and general testing facilities, as also the steel manufacturers test reports being provided along with forgings, ensures the basic need of correctness of the material being used in our gears and spline shafts.

We have in house facility of manufacturing gears right thru all stages i.e. Turning, Broaching (vertical & horizontal), Hobbing (vertical & horizontal), Gear shaping, Gear Shaving, Milling, Drilling, Rolling (thread and spline), Tooth Chamfering, Deburring, Heat Treatment Set-up, Shot Blasting, Blackening, Phosphating, Grinding Set-up (Internal, external, face grinding) and last but not the least, we have gear tooth grinding facility as well.

On the quality aspect too, the unit is equipped with Master Roll Tester, P.C.D. Tester, Lead & Profile Tester Besides having conventional instrumentation, to ensure that the product being sent to the esteemed customer, is of perfect quality.

We are well equipped to manufacture gears to any of the International Standards, may it be DIN, BSS, AGMA or any other standard specified by customers. We have in place proper traceability system to linkup the product supplied with our manufacturing route taken by us.

At present, the company is proud supplier of its products to O.E. Manufacturers and Prime vehicle manufacturers in India.

Even with the present Set-up, we are capable of manufacturing up to 30,000 gear items per month and with the contemplated Expansion during 2008 we shall reach a capacity of over 50,000 Nos. per month.
Any gear up to 10 Module or shaft up to 1200 mm length is within our standard range and any requirement beyond these limits can also be considered.
